General conditions of Lovingreen
1. GENERAL / SCOPE OF APPLICATION
These terms and conditions apply to all types of orders. Divergent or additional provisions, as well as oral agreements or conditions of the buyer, are recognized only if confirmed in writing by Lovingreen.
2. DELIVERIES AND SHIPPING COSTS
Delivery takes place in Switzerland, the Principality of Liechtenstein and the countries of the European Union. As a shipping partner, Lovingreen collaborates with Swiss Post as a shipping service provider in Switzerland. If one or more items are out of stock and have not been marked as “out of stock” in the online store, a message will be sent to the customer and the goods will be delivered immediately or refunded in full. Shipping is usually processed Monday to Friday by 6pm and shipped the same day. Holidays are excluded.
Lovingreen delivers the packages to Post AG. Lovingreen cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by Post AG (traffic jams, bad weather, delivery problems). Lovingreen undertakes to deliver the goods as quickly as possible; in case of delays, Lovingreen can be contacted as an intermediary between the orderer and Post AG. Lovingreen ships with “Priority-Postpac.” Shipping usually takes place by 6pm on the working day. Shipping time until delivery is 1 working day.
Shipping costs are calculated as follows.
- Free shipping from 120,00 CHF
- Shipping cost until 119,99 CHF / 7 CHF per order.
3. PRICES, DISCOUNTS AND PAYMENT
All prices are expressed in Swiss francs (Fr. / CHF) and include the legally required value added tax. Lovingreen reserves the right to modify or adapt prices and discounts without notice. The price at the time of conclusion of the contract applies. Payment for the order is made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Twint or Paypal and we will confirm receipt of payment with the order confirmation.
4. WARRANTY PROVISIONS
The guarantees provided for by law apply to the products in the catalogue.
5. ILLUSTRATIONS AND DESCRIPTIONS OF THE PRODUCTS
Lovingreen is committed to always displaying up-to-date product images. In individual cases, there may be differences between the product images and the actual product. Product descriptions can be derived from the original product texts. Product descriptions are truthfully paraphrased according to the motto “authenticity to convey” and after carrying out our own tests.
6. DISCLAIMER
Lovingreen assumes no liability for loss or damage of any kind. Direct and indirect consequential damages are also excluded.
7. RESPONSIBILITY
Lovingreen is responsible for damage to products caused by the transportation route. Also for products that were not delivered by Post AG (parcel loss). In order to make use of this liability, Post AG’s tracking and tracing is considered a conceivable indication of loss or damage.
8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
For orders placed through the sales channels referred to in section 1. we grant a right of withdrawal. The revocation must always be made in writing by letter or email to Lovingreen within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The delivery date or the date of delivery to Post AG will be decisive for compliance with the deadline.

By using the right of withdrawal, we transform the purchase contract into a return relationship, after which the items received under the purchase contract must be refunded. In case of revocation, the orderer is required to return the goods immediately and in their original packaging to Lovingreen. As a rule, return costs are borne by the customer. Upon receipt of the goods, we will immediately arrange an inspection and refund the purchase price of the item. We reserve the right to deduct an amount from the refundable purchase price in the event of damaged merchandise or excessive wear.
9 COPYRIGHT
We reserve the copyright and exclusive use. This applies to platforms such as online shops and social media channels or advertising measures operated by Lovingreen. The contents, texts and illustrations are protected by copyright, unless they are owned by third parties. Copying texts and illustrations requires written consent.
10. DATA PROTECTION
Lovingreen is committed to data preservation and obligations. The Data Protection Regulation under Swiss law applies.
11 APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
Swiss law (Swiss Code of Obligations) applies exclusively. The place of execution for both contracting parties is Lugano.
